Average Pricing for Packing & Unpacking Services (Local Clients)

Packing supplies and boxes are NOT included in the pricing below, but must be supplied before packing can start. You can also add them to your package total as an additional charge, when a deposit is made.

Small Home Packing/Unpacking (Approx 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)

• Starting at $1,000

Medium Home Packing/Unpacking (Approx 2-3 Bedroom, 1-2 Bathroom)

• Starting at $2,000

Large Home Packing/Unpacking (Approx 3+ Bedroom, 2+ Bathroom)

• Starting at $3,000

Some projects are charged at an hourly rate instead of a flat rate like above. when we discuss your organizing project and a free quote is provided, pricing will be clarified and communicated.
