Home Watch $75 per visit

For homes that just need eyes on them.

  • Interior and exterior walkthrough

  • Check for leaks, damage, or pests

  • Run water and flush toilets

  • Check AC, furnace, appliances, and utilities

  • Collect mail and packages

  • Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Check that all doors and windows are locked

  • Rotate lights/blinds so the home looks lived-in

  • Notification of winter risk issues

    Photo report sent after every visit

· Weekly: $280/month (save $20)

· Biweekly: $150/month

· Once a Month: $75 per visit

Watch & Clean $110 per visit

Everything in Home Watch, + care for the space itself.

  • Water plants and tend outdoor greenery

  • Sweep patios, porches, and walkways

  • Trash taken out and bins managed

  • Check water heater for leaks

  • Light clean each visit (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting)

  • Photo report sent after every visit

· Weekly: $400/mo (save $40)

· Biweekly: $210/mo (save $10)

· Once a Month: $110 per visit

Welcome Home starting at $175 per visit

Everything to left, + the home is ready the moment you land.

  • Deeper clean before your arrival

  • Fresh linens and towels

  • AC set to a comfortable temp before you get there

  • Restock grocery essentials (toiletries, coffee, paper goods)

  • Post-departure reset clean

  • Coordination with contractors, repair people, snow removal, or deliveries as needed

· Custom quoted per visit based on home size — best for occasional stays rather than a set monthly rate.

* All Packages have a one time New Client setup fee: $50

Outdoor

  • Check/adjust irrigation or sprinkler systems

  • Pool or hot tub chemical check

  • Inspect fencing, gates, and outdoor lighting

  • Storm prep (secure outdoor furniture, check for damage after)

Home Systems & Security

  • Check garage door opener

  • Pest check and trap monitoring

  • Monitor humidity and run dehumidifiers

  • Security system or camera check

Errands & Coordination

  • Grocery or prescription pickup before arrival

  • Package return/exchange

  • Move vehicle periodically (start engine, check tires)

  • Mail and package forwarding or holding (shipping at clients additional cost)

Seasonal & Rental Extras

  • Holiday decor up/down

  • Seasonal item rotation (storage swap)

  • Quarterly deep clean (windows, baseboards, appliances)

  • Guest turnover reset for short-term rentals (inventory check, smart lock reset, staging)
