Tier 1: Home Watch - $75 per visit
For homes that just need eyes on them.

• Interior and exterior walkthrough

• Check for leaks, damage, or pests

• Run water and flush toilets

• Check AC, appliances, and utilities

• Collect mail and packages

• Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

• Check that all doors and windows are locked

• Rotate lights/blinds so the home looks lived-in

• Photo report sent after every visit

Tier 2: Home Watch & Clean - $110 per visit
Everything in Home Watch, plus care for the space itself.

• Water plants and tend outdoor greenery

• Sweep patios, porches, and walkways

• Trash taken out and bins managed

• Check water heater for leaks

• Light clean each visit (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting)

• Photo report sent after every visit

(Weekly: $400/mo (save $40) · Biweekly: $210/mo (save $10) · Once a Month: $110 per visit)

Tier 3: Welcome Home - starting at $175 per visit
Everything above, plus the home is ready the moment you land.

• Deeper clean before your arrival

• Fresh linens and towels

• AC set to a comfortable temp before you get there

• Restock grocery essentials (toiletries, coffee, paper goods)

• Post-departure reset clean

• Coordination with contractors, repair people, or deliveries as needed
