Cleaning Services for Residential & Business: Detailed and eco-friendly cleaning services for everything from small apartments, to multiple bedroom homes, to rental properties, to commercial office spaces so they look, feel, and smell fresh and clean.

Weekly Tidy-Up Package: Support with general household tasks and de-cluttering in-between detailed cleanings, or simply as a standalone service. You get to have me drop by for a couple hours a week to sweep, wipe, fold, stack, and anything else that’s needed to tidy-up your home, while your out being busy, so you have more time to do the things you love most.

Organizing for Home, Business, and Storage Units: Organizing services for everything from cluttered homes and office spaces to overstuffed storage units. I can also help you prepare and organize your home for the market so you get the best price available. 

Services for Move In/Move Out: Assistance with everything from clean-outs, to packing and unpacking items, to organizing your new space so that it feels like a comfortable and cozy home right from the start. I can also help you decide which items to keep or toss as you prepare for your move. 

Hoarding Support and Cleanup: Gentle guidance and hands-on support through spaces impacted by hoarding habits. I can help you set yourself free from the weight of your environment, and leave you with a space that feels livable, breathable, and a joy to call home.

Standard Residential Cleaning:

Counter tops, backsplash, sink, light fixtures, furniture, outside of cabinets, drawers, outside of appliances, sweep, mop floors

Bedrooms

Deep Residential Cleaning & Move In/Move Out Cleaning:

Includes the above standard cleaning, but is a deep scrub top to bottom. These additional tasks may include: washing walls, baseboards, doors and door frames, behind and under appliances, window sills, door and window tracks, ceiling fans, inside and tops of all drawers and cabinets, wiping all electrical outlets and light switches, vents dusted, closets. Cleaning blinds can also be included, just be aware that it adds more time to the cleaning.

If you have a list from a landlord or property manager, please let me know so I can endeavor to meet all of their requirements.

Average Pricing for Residential Cleaning Services

All pricing below is average pricing. A personalized quote will be provided once I’ve viewed the home and assessed the condition and size. This includes AirBnB and End of Lease Real-estate Cleanings.

Small House/Apartment Cleaning (Approx 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)

  • Standard Cleaning: $80

  • Deep Cleaning: $200

  • Move In/Out Cleaning: $300

Medium House/Apartment Cleaning (Approx 2-3 Bedroom, 1-2 Bathroom)

  • Standard Cleaning: $120

  • Deep Cleaning: $300

  • Move In/Out Cleaning: $600

Large House/Apartment Cleaning (Approx 3+ Bedroom, 2+ Bathroom)

  • Standard Cleaning: $200

  • Deep Cleaning: $450

  • Move In/Out Cleaning: $800

Additional Cleaning Service Add-Ons

Oven/Refrigerator/Dishwasher

  • Degrease and/or clean inside and outside of oven, refrigerator, or dishwasher: $50 flat cost per appliance

What I Don’t Provide Services For

But ask if I can refer you to someone you are looking for

  • Outside of windows, ducting, heavy duty commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, super high ceilings, housekeeping duties, and cleaning of outside spaces.

Average Pricing for Business/Commercial Cleaning Services

All pricing below is average pricing. A personalized quote will be provided once I’ve viewed the space and have assessed the condition and size.

Business cleaning is charged at a flat fee and per visit, depending on the size of the space and the areas that need regular cleanings

  • Small Business: $1o0 per clean

  • Medium Business: $150 per clean

  • Large Business: $200 per clean

Pricing for Weekly Tidy-Up Services

All pricing below is average pricing. A personalized quote will be provided once I’ve viewed your home and we have discussed the details of what you’re looking for.

Long gone are the days where you have to try so hard to “stay on top” of things each week. Kids and pets can turn your home into a disaster area within minutes. Average Pricing for Organizing Services

Everything from a small closet to your entire home can be organized. I can assess the space(s) you are looking to get organized and provide a quote accordingly. Organizing services can be completed in 2-4 hour consults, if needed. Any organizing supplies needed will be an additional expense.

  • Small Projects (single small rooms like a closet or laundry room) - Starting at $150

  • Medium Projects (larger rooms like the kitchen and pantry, or multiple small rooms) - Starting at $300

  • Large Projects (multiple larger rooms, garage, or the whole home) - Starting at $500

Estimated Pricing for Hoarding Services

Free initial consultation. There are 2 packages available for Hoarding Services. All pricing below is average pricing. A personalized quote will be provided once I’ve viewed your space and assessed the condition and size.


Package 1: Proactive, Support and Guidance

This package is for people who’s hoarding have not yet reached a dangerous level. They are capable of following a De-Cluttering Plan, while reaching realistic goals we have set together. This allows for flexibility, as well as receiving regular inspiration and motivation to move through the clutter. What’s included:

  • Detailed Personalized De-Cluttering Plan

  • Weekly/Biweekly Follow-up Visits/Phone Calls

  • Local resources for trash collections, donations, etc

Monthly Commitment (For 3 consecutive months): $500

Package 2: Hoarding Home Cleanup

This package is for people in conditions that are unsafe, and/or quick/urgent action is required to clean up the home. This is a boot camp style cleanup, usually completed within 2 consecutive days. What’s included:

  • One on one support throughout the 2 day decluttering process

  • All services coordinated for the 2 day cleanup project

One Time Payment (required 7 business days before clean up): $5,000

Additional Hoarding Service Add-Ons

Professional Cleaning After a Hoarding Cleanup

  • Top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting

  • Quote can be given at the time of the Hoarding consultation

  • Starting at $500
